National Geographic

these NG people are amazing
i think they study almost everything
one study i wish they would do indepth is love
what is love?
what is not love?
how do u know u are in love?
how do u know u are not in love?
how would u recognise appropriate partner?
how would u recognise unsuitable partner?
we all know love is so powerful
but i feel we do not know enough detail about it
its like our brain
i hear that we use only a small percentage of our brain capability
maybe thats why we have so many problems in our world
similarly with love
maybe we are also using a small percentage
and maybe thats why there are so many problems in our world

Prayer of a husband and wife

i received this from a friend and find it
very appropriate for couples.
read and apply accordingly.

keep us Lord from pettiness
let us be thoughtful in word and deed
help us to put away pretence and face
each other in deep trust without fear or
self pity

let us be done with fault findings and
be quick to discover the best in every situations
guard us from ill temper and hasty judgement
encourage us to take time for
all things to grow calm, serene and gentle

help us to be swift with kind words
teach us never to ignore, never to hurt,
never to take each other for granted
engrave charity and compassion on our hearts
Oh Mary, mother of God pray for us.

W

Did 4 laps yesterday due to time constraint.
Doing most things in a rush is usually less enjoyable.
It was the usual going round and round the KLCC track.

But on the 3rd lap this sweet young girl, full full ...of life turn up.
She was voluptous and she displayed her full assets generously.
The usual V cleavage was clearly visible but more could be seen,
it was a W if you know what i mean.

And as they bounce along, i mean as she ran pass from the opposite direction,
my run was suddenly more enjoyable and looking forward to the next lap.
Finished my final lap and was waiting i mean stretching at der bench.
As she ran pass my run for the day was completely satisfied.
Whoever you are, thanks and please do run more often.

8 is enough

Did 8 laps @ KLCC yesterday.
Got a pleasant call from PM20 to check if I was going to
run @ KLCC. Yes, and I was looking forward to run with him.
PM20 had already done 2 laps when I got there.

PM20 said '*#$%* no mood to run lah, *#$@ i dun know why'.
PM20 said '!#$* my timex masuk water !#$*'.
PM18 'what u do yesterday?, take it easy lah'.

1st lap together 8.07 mins.
2nd lap PM5 joined in.
PM5 got new shoes, looks very light and fast.
2nd lap 7.47 mins.
3rd lap 7.20 mins for me, PM5 and PM20 should be around 7 mins.
4th lap PM5 and PM20 already way ahead.

I (pant pant pant) slowed down, could not keep up.
Both PM5 and PM20 stopped after 4th lap, chatting at der bench
with PM22, PM29, PM37 and PM1, hope i didn't miss anyone.
I continued slowly alone.
On the 6th lap felt pain on right shoulder.

Spotted CS Wong running from opposite direction.
Joined him to slow down my pace, have his support, as i wanted to complete 8 laps.
We chatted as we waddle along, 7th and 8th lap about 10 mins each.
By the time I completed 8 laps the PMs were not at der bench, aisay miss the chat session.
Anyway it was satisfying to complete 8 laps.
