Just run la

Tuesdays are my bending/stretching days … yoga that is.

Anyway, Cheong and Jamie wanted to run and I wanted to join them.

In my opinion I would burn more calories and it's more cardiovascular.

We did 5 rounds at KLCC park and took us one hour to complete.

It was more of slow jogging and walking too.

Jamie said to take it easy, lighten up and just enjoy the run.

There were many runners and tourist at the park.

Dinesh was there too.

Dinesh, Cheong and myself have not been running at KLCC for a very long time.

So meeting him there was a real coincidence.

After the run, Cheong and I quench our thirst at Wisma Central mamak shop.

The wise man Cheong advised me to take fresh fruit juice.

Cheong had one cup of fresh apple juice and also 1.5L of mineral water.

I had 1 cup of fresh orange juice, 1 cup of fresh carrot juice and 1 can of pineapple juice.

I enjoyed the run thanks to Cheong, Jamie and Dinesh.
