Seize the day!

no running since thursday due to left knee pain

shortly after we reached one utama
we when to kluang station to have breakfast
while my wife ordered and waited for the food
i kept my 2 sons busy by taking them to the rainforest
jaden & bryan as usual were running around
an indonesian lady worker knock down jaden when she was about to park her bike near the rainforest!
luckily she was going very slowly as she was about to park her bike
and luckily the way jaden fell he was only bruised on the elbow

after visiting a few toy shops we were at mph bookstore
my wife hid her hphone under the pram in a bag
we were both keeping at eye on our 2 sons
suddenly i noticed this malay chap taking the hphone!
before i could say wtf!
he started running
i chased him down shouting curi & hoi
he put down the hphone and continued his escape
i picked up the hphone & continued the chase
he ran into the corridor that leads to the lift
it was quiet, no one around, suddenly i was worried/scared
he is bigger size than me & he may be carrying weapons hidden in his track suit
i slowed down & finally return back to check on my family

later that evening, bryan my elder son started vomitting
he vomitted 4 times
we took him to the doc
by then he said that he was not feeling anymore stomach pains
doc said everything was ok and suspected that it could be "wind in stomach" due to nasi lemak breakfast
we bought the necessary medicine just in case but in the end none was required

so, afer all the "bad" things that happened
luckily at the end of the day everything was alright!
