this shoe review is for mizuno wave maverick iv

about 5 feet 4
weight : 132 lbs
feet type : neutral to slight over pronation
10km time : about 60 minutes
also tried the previous generation maverick

shoe specs:
midsole - vs1
heel - x10
upper - airmesh
lateral side - rubber composite fan shape
medial side - fan shape (made from pebax - plastic)

well firstly, the maverick iv looks good

shoe has sufficient cushioning
eventhough the sole feels thinner

shoe feels responsive
feels like it is easier to run faster

the overall shoe width feels narrower
providing a tighter grip around the feet

final thoughts
is this shoe recommended : yes
