run to stay healthy

> did 4 laps on mon with pm5
met pm20, he had already completed his laps

did 6 laps on tue with pm5
8.20, 8.15, 8.08, 7.52, 7.45, 7.26
note the gradual increase in pace
perfect pacing by pm5

did 5 laps on wed with pm5, pm33 & chin from penang
8.33, 8.13, 8.20, 8.04, 8.01
