weekend
did not go for the 20k race
on sat follow-up with the doc
he gave pms18 another week off to rest
watched all-england badminton sat nite
semi-finals men singles
lee chong wei (malaysia) against lin dan (china)
lcw played wonderfully
the 3rd game (rubber set) lcw was leading 8-1
he even got to reach point 14 first
unfortunately in the end lcw loss 14-17
i admire lcw maturity
he was so cool
no tantrums
no looking at the racquet when something when wrong
no loud shouts when he made the most fantastic shots
when the game was over
he even clapped as though he won
and i think he did 'win'
i guess its like something i read in a running book
a good run is knowing that i could not have run any better on that given day
after sunday breakfast
jaden developed a rash
it spread like bush fire
we quickly rush to gleneagles emergency
but was told by the rude staff that there is a long queue
how can emergency have a long queue?
we quickly rush to ampang puteri hospital
doc said he was ok
do not know the cause
gave a jab to reduce the itchiness
he is ok now
