did 5 interval laps alone
smiling ronnie & draco running opposite direction
this is probably my 2nd time running intervals
it was no easy task for me
after the 3rd lap i was tempted to call it a day
it shows how new i m to running faster than normal
but i m glad i hung in there n
managed to complete as planned
long time ago.....
the 1st interval run was with jamie
