hypochondriac = a person who is abnormally anxious about their health even if they are not ill.
On the other hand, there are people not anxious about their health. Their eating habits and lifestyle is not healthy.
I am not sure if there is a word for this but anyway I thought of 2.
1. matimatila or 2. diediela
Example of usage.
I am not surprised that he has so many health issues, he is a matimatila/diediela.
