i ran...finally
Did 5.5 laps at KLCC with Cheong.
Y 5.5? Its because left calf was cramp.
This reminded me how amazing our body is.
Train/stress the body enough n u may progress from 2 laps to 10 laps easily.
I could only do 2 to 3 laps when I started running in 2004.
At the peak of my training, if I m not mistaken, I was running 15 laps.
After a very long break, I am back to square one.
Hopefully I will progress back to peak condition.

O ya, Jamie the 1 who got me into running was there too.
Cheong n I was trying to catch up with Jamie as he seems to b at relax pace.
Turns out we could not catch up n I have holler to Jamie to slow down.
And even so we could not keep with his relax pace.
